With the playoff set to roll on December 20th there is a lot of head scratching decisions the CFB Committee made in their final seedings. Oregon completed the season undefeated and won the Big 10 Title and earned their place as the top team in College Football and their reward is having the toughest road to the National Championship 👀, SMU despite losing to Clemson in the ACC Title game was awarded the last available spot in the playoff ahead of Alabama. That begs the question, did the committee get it right? The format of the new 12 Team Playoff is very flawed in regards to Conference Championship Games, Strength of Schedule, and Auto Byes in the new CFP. With all the controversy going on, this is set for the most intriguing finish in the history of College Football. How will the playoff evolve and how will it change the dynamic of the sport in the years to come?
